1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ARC Trade platform ("Service") operated by AR Supply Chain Solutions ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ARC Trade provides AI-powered tariff classification recommendations, duty-savings strategies, and related analysis tools for importers. The Service is intended as a decision-support tool and does not constitute legal, customs brokerage, or tax advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business entity you represent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate customs fraud.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any proprietary models or algorithms.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Service outputs without prior written consent.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, models, datasets, and software provided through the Service are the exclusive property of AR Supply Chain Solutions. You retain ownership of any data you upload. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any classification recommendation. Users should consult qualified customs professionals before making filing decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AR Supply Chain Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to penalties, duties, or fines imposed by any governmental authority.

9. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
